Join the National Museum of Mexican Art for a free public tour of Arte Diseño Xicágo II – From the World’s Fair to the Present Day. A docent guides visitors through the gallery and discusses highlighted works of art. The tour explores artwork displayed during the World’s Columbian Exposition by artists from Mexico and Chicago, paintings by Mexican women artists at the World’s Fair, and works by Mexican artists currently working and living in Chicago. A tour in Spanish follows at 11:00 am.
